With a new cabinet coming close, the question arises whether the current Dutch policies focusing on aid, trade and investment will be continued or adapted. Kaleidos Research, in cooperation with Netherlands-African Business Council NABC and Wageningen University & Research (WUR) invite you for an expert meeting focusing on the Dutch agenda on aid, trade and investment, 14th of  February in Humanity House in The Hague. The meeting focuses on the policies where the topics of  aid and trade meet each other.
At this meeting Kaleidos Research will present a discussion paper based on research findings about the (changing) roles of Dutch actors in these policies. Many actors are involved, including Small and Medium Enterprises and Civil Society Organizations. To what extent has the agenda changed the roles of these organizations? What are the main challenges for these actors? Wageningen University & Research (WUR) will also present the first findings of their research focusing on the effect of the aid, trade and investment agenda in Kenya. A panel will discuss the findings and challenges of various actors in the ‘aid and trade agenda’.
