Herman Bavinck is programme director at the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment. He primarily targets International Social Responsible Entrepreneurship. Herman is advising member of the National Contactpoint OECD guidelines for Multinational Corporations.

Professional background
Herman Bavinck studied Chemical Technology (Queens University, Canada) and started his career with Shell as wastewater technologist. Subsequently, he moved to the VROM department, precursor of Infrastructure and the Environment. He occupied several (management) positions in the field of environment. Herman is also international process supporter and mediator. He has a fascination for biomimicry and is hopeful about its contribution to major global sustainability issues.
